FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., October 2, 2026 – Boardwalk Renovations, a licensed New Jersey home improvement contractor based at 3101 Boardwalk, is renovating two condominium units at the same time at The Enclave, the oceanfront high-rise at 3851 Boardwalk. For one of the units, the company used FaceTime and AI tools during the renovation proposal process to bring the project to clients who were living in Paris, France.

Justin Levy of Keller Williams represented the clients during the purchase. Instead of requiring the owners to fly in for every meeting, Boardwalk Renovations walked them through the unit over video and used AI tools to organize and present the proposed scope of work clearly, so decisions could move forward across distance and time zones.

Two units, one building, one coordinated team

Each unit at The Enclave has its own scope of work, budget, materials and owner. Boardwalk Renovations manages both projects separately while coordinating crews, deliveries and debris removal inside the same building, which keeps work moving and limits disruption for neighboring residents.

In a high-rise, renovation extends well beyond the walls of the unit. Service elevator reservations, delivery windows, approved working hours, protection of hallways and lobbies, and debris removal all have to be scheduled with building management. Boardwalk Renovations plans those details before demolition starts. Its shop is a short walk down the Boardwalk inside Ocean Club, which makes site visits and check-ins easy.

Older condominiums can also reveal hidden conditions once finishes come off: previous repairs, plumbing connections, uneven subfloors or past water damage. The company evaluates and addresses those before new materials go in.

Built for owners who live somewhere else

Many Jersey Shore condo owners spend most of the year elsewhere. Boardwalk Renovations keeps them involved with photos, video calls and regular updates, so they can follow progress and make decisions from wherever they are, whether that is Philadelphia, New York or Paris.

Owners planning work in an Atlantic City high-rise can learn more about the process on the company’s condo renovations and condo buildings pages.
