Renovating at the Warwick
The Warwick sits on the Boardwalk in Lower Chelsea, a few blocks from our shop at 3101 Boardwalk. That makes walk-throughs, check-ins and service calls easy for Warwick owners, including those who only come down for the season.
Unit work at the Warwick follows the association’s process: approval of the scope of work, certificates of insurance, elevator scheduling and approved working hours. We coordinate all of it and keep common areas protected and clean while we work.
Making a beach-block unit feel new
Many owners want a dated unit to feel bright and current: new floors throughout, a kitchen that opens up, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower in place of the old tub. We plan the work room by room so the unit comes together as one finished space, not a set of separate projects.
Managed while you are away
If you live elsewhere, we keep you involved with photos, video and FaceTime walk-throughs at each stage, so you see the work without making the trip.

Common questions
Do you work at the Warwick?
Yes. We renovate units at the Warwick, 101 S. Raleigh Avenue, and coordinate with the association on approvals and scheduling.
Do I need association approval for new flooring?
Most buildings require approval and a specific sound underlayment for hard flooring. We confirm the requirements before ordering materials.
Can you manage the project if I live out of town?
Yes. We send photos and video at each stage and do FaceTime walk-throughs, and Jim is a few blocks away for anything that needs a visit.
How much does a condo kitchen remodel cost?
Most kitchen remodels we quote fall between $25,000 and $100,000, depending on size, layout changes, cabinet line and countertop material.
