We know how these buildings work
Renovating in an Atlantic City high-rise means working within the association's rules: alteration approvals, certificates of insurance, service elevator reservations, approved working hours and debris that leaves through the loading dock. Boardwalk Renovations works out of 3101 Boardwalk, inside Ocean Club, and high-rise condo work is the core of what we do.
Below are the buildings we work in most. Don't see yours? We work in condo buildings across Atlantic City, Ventnor, Margate, Longport and Brigantine. Send us your building and unit and Jim will take a look.

Yes. These are the buildings we work in most, but we renovate units in condo buildings throughout Atlantic City and Downbeach.
Do I need my association's approval?
Almost always. We handle the alteration application and insurance certificates with building management before work starts.
