A kitchen that fits the way you use the shore
A shore kitchen does more work than most. It feeds a full house on summer weekends, sits quiet through the winter and has to look good the whole time. We design and build kitchens around how you actually use the place, whether that is a compact condo galley or an open kitchen in a Margate house that seats twelve.
What a kitchen remodel includes
- Layout and design. Working out the layout, storage and seating before anything is ordered.
- Cabinetry. New cabinets, refacing or a mix, with storage planned for how you cook.
- Countertops and backsplash. Stone, quartz and tile selected to handle heavy use.
- Plumbing and electrical coordination. Sinks, fixtures, appliance hookups and lighting circuits.
- Lighting. Recessed, under-cabinet and pendant lighting that makes the room work day and night.
- Flooring, drywall and paint. The finishing work that ties the kitchen into the rest of the home.
Kitchens in high-rise condos
In a condo building, cabinets and stone counters come up the service elevator, so delivery timing, elevator size and the building's hours all shape the schedule. Many associations also have rules about plumbing changes and when noisy work can happen. We plan for all of it before demolition starts, so the kitchen is out of commission for as short a time as possible.
Kitchens in shore houses
In single-family homes there is often more room to rethink the layout: opening a wall, adding an island or moving the sink to the window. We walk through what is possible, what needs a permit and what it means for the budget before you commit.

“From design to installation, every detail was handled with care and precision. The team truly understood what we wanted and delivered a result that feels both beautiful and functional.”

How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on scope and when cabinets and counters arrive. We schedule demolition around delivery dates so the kitchen is not torn out while you wait on materials.
Can you remodel a kitchen in a high-rise condo?
Yes. Condo kitchens are a large part of our work. We coordinate the service elevator, approved hours and association requirements.
Do you help with design?
Yes. Jim walks through layout, storage, finishes and lighting with you before anything is ordered.
