Renovating at the Enclave
Boardwalk Renovations works with Enclave owners on kitchens, bathrooms, floors and complete unit renovations. Our shop at 3101 Boardwalk is a short trip down the Boardwalk, which makes walk-throughs, check-ins and service calls easy.
Unit work at the Enclave follows the association's process: approval of the scope of work, certificates of insurance, elevator scheduling and approved working hours. We coordinate all of it and keep common areas protected and clean while we work.
Oceanfront finishes that last
Direct ocean exposure means salt air and strong sun. We recommend coatings, fixtures and flooring that hold up to those conditions and keep looking new.
