Because so much of our work is inside Atlantic City condo buildings, associations and property managers call us for the shared spaces too: fitness rooms, hallways, lobbies, community rooms and management offices. We also renovate small offices and retail spaces along the Boardwalk and around the island.

Working in occupied buildings
Common-area work happens around residents who are still living there. We schedule noisy work for approved hours, keep work zones contained and clean up daily, so the building keeps running while the work gets done.

Our shop is at 3101 Boardwalk, Suites R16 and R17. For property managers, that means a contractor who is minutes away when something needs attention.
